WINNERS OF "TEEN CHOICE 2014" ANNOUNCED

Teens Cast More Than 164 Million Votes

The following were honored today at TEEN CHOICE 2014, which aired live on FOX from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA. This year, teens logged on to teenchoiceawards.com and cast more than 164 million votes in support of their favorite celebrities from film, television, music, sports, digital and fashion.

Hosted by "Modern Family's" Sarah Hyland and "Teen Wolf's" Tyler Posey, the special also honored Selena Gomez with the Ultimate Choice Award.

Bella Thorne and Cameron Dallas presented the "Choice Candie's Style Icon" award to actress, singer and dancer Zendaya for her red carpet style and bold fashion choices. Actress Odeya Rush scored the "Olay Fresh Effects Breakout Star Award," which was presented by MKTO and Cody Simpson. The award is a special accolade celebrating a fresh face who is poised to "break out" from the pack and showcase her best, beautiful work.

Sarah Hyland currently stars in the Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award-winning hit comedy "Modern Family," as the ditsy, yet independent, "Haley Dunphy." Hyland has worked in television, film and on stage since the age of four, starring in numerous plays and musicals, on and off-Broadway. Hyland is a current TEEN CHOICE 2014 nominee for "Choice TV Female Scene Stealer" and was a TEEN CHOICE nominee for "Choice TV Female Scene Stealer" in 2012 and "Choice Breakout Talent" in 2010. Her charitable causes include The Lopez Foundation, as well as Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign (spearheaded by actor Jeff Bridges). She was honored at Variety's Power of Youth (2012) for her work with The Lopez Foundation.

Tyler Posey stars on "Teen Wolf," currently in its fourth season. Last year, the series received a TEEN CHOICE 2013 Award for "Choice Summer TV Show," and Posey received the award for "Choice Male Summer TV Star," as well as an ALMA Award for "Favorite TV Actor." Most recently, he was named one of Variety's "Power of Youth" honorees. He received the award earlier this year in recognition of the work he has done with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Last year, Posey appeared on the big screen in "Scary Movie 5." He also starred in the indie film "White Frog" and in the upcoming feature comedy "Taco Shop," scheduled for release in 2015.

Candie's, the retail apparel sponsor of TEEN CHOICE 2014, will debut its fall "Candie's Only at Kohl's" television commercial, featuring actress and musician Bella Thorne during the live broadcast. The commercial offers viewers a chance to purchase Bella's favorite styles at exclusive prices for a limited time.
